Our Commercial division have recently completed the works to Arcadis new office in the Cornerblock in Birmingham.
Design, engineering and consultancy firm Arcadis has signed a deal to move into 25,000 sq ft of new grade A office space in the newly-redeveloped Cornerblock building in Birmingham.
Formerly known as Two Cornwall Street, the space is situated in the Colmore Business District in the city centre.
A total of 330 Arcadis staff will occupy two floors with a dedicated entrance and reception space. The staff are currently based at Baskerville House and Aston Cross Business Village offices.
The new premises will be taken on the basis of a ten-year lease and Arcadis staff will relocate from its offices at Baskerville House this month.
