We were given the task to carry out the works to 4 lecture theatres along with associated areas and corridors on the 6th floor of their main campus in central Birmingham. As part of our contract we had dealings with the architects to ensure that colours matched already purchased fabric finishes. Using Interface carpet tiles we managed to overcome this and find colour choices as close as possible to what was required whilst keeping in line with their budget. We also had to call on the expert team at Quantum Profiles. We had hundreds of metres on nosing to install on this project and several curved types. As these are made to order they sent their teams to site to measure and template, before manufacturing. Total project was 1650m2.
