The Brief
Located in the heart of Solihull, Spinners Bar is the latest addition to the Touchwood Shopping Centre. This new bar required extensive work, including expanding from the previous shop's area to take over the balcony space of Touchwood.
The third location for Spinners Bar, following Reading and Plymouth, this launch will establish the brand in the Midlands.

The project spanned two months, with each area of flooring installed in phases due to the many different contractors involved. This phased approach helped to keep the project on track for the official launch.
Each phase involved using various materials such as Country Oak LVT vinyl and Polyflor Forest FX Roll, with safety flooring and wall cladding installed in kitchen spaces.
There were specific areas marked on the plan that required specialised treatments and materials. These included the use of Ardex NA latex smoothing compound, Ardex feather finish, and high-quality flooring like Polysafe Forest FX and Altro Stronghold K30.
